 Helpdesk & Microsoft 365

We provide ongoing helpdesk services for your website hosting and Microsoft 365 accounts. This gives your team immediate access to our helpful, knowledgeable team to solve problems quickly.

Our team can also help migrate your email to Microsoft 365. We can assist with setting up mailboxes, Microsoft Teams and OneDrive while assigning product licenses and administrator permissions.

We use a Microsoft standard platform to remote onto your PC to help you with any business-related applications managed by us.

 Website Onboarding

If your website has been developed by someone else and you would like to move, we provide a full onboarding service for your new site, including:

  • Full Copy of the Site and Assets, Images, Videos and Database
  • Code Review
  • Source Control Onboarding
  • Applying Outstanding Updates and Fixes
  • Test Environment 
  • DNS Switchover Management and Recopy any Resources that may have updated during testing.

Once your website is on our servers it will be continually monitored and our team will provide alerts to actions that need addressing.
